Prophetstown State Park August 2024

Prophetstown State Park in West Lafayette, Indiana is home to 900 acres of restored prairie. The park is gorgeous with an amazing campground, miles of walking/bike paths, a working farm and an aquatic center. My sister and I spent a long weekend camping with our families and took advantage of the opportunity to add some birds to the life list. While the birds were incredible, the star of the show was the quick and adorable 13-lined Ground Squirrel!
