Sleeping Bear Dunes - July 2023

We spent a week camping at Sleeping Bear Dunes in Northern Michigan. I was blown away by how beautiful the area was and by the Caribbean-blue shades of Lake Michigan and the surrounding lakes. My sister and I explored different areas looking for birds on two mornings during our stay. We were delighted to find, observe, and photograph the endangered Piping Plover! M22!!
